Extremely professional staff with experienced doctors and techs. Front end staff are always nice and friendly. I’ve been a client there for over 30 years and wouldn’t take my babies anywhere else.

Even though we’ve moved further from Elliott Bay AH and we have a vet two blocks away, the staff and level of care the EH team offer is well worth trekking the additional distance. They can also automatically run your trupanion insurance so the discount is taken off at the register. Super convenient.

I think I’m going over there for more than 5 years and they always are so kind to my kitty cat. They always have good recommendations on how to medicate and are always willing to show me how to use the devices to medicate my stubborn cat. About medications and such and they are all very kind people. Prices are very easygoing on the wallet.

Dr. Nakamura is absolutely the BEST VETERINARIAN I have ever seen for my West highland White terrier dog Mimi:)! She cares about building a good repor with pet parents and trust with your animal. I only wish I would had found her expertise care from the beginning of my dogs life. My dog is now 16 years old, I believe that Dr. Nakamura has and will continue to treat my precious Mimi’s health with top tier vetrinarian medical care through Mimis golden years.

The staff here is also extremely helpful, friendly! They go the extra mile for you when you have questions or need help with things regarding your precious pet. They know Mimi and I by name; and I love how they draw a smile face on her bag of meds when I pick them up. These small gestures I appreciate when your dog is ill.
