Patients are seen by appointment only. We work hard to see our appointments in a prompt and timely manner. Please check-in 10 minutes prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment to allow time to complete paperwork. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 206.285.7387. We request the courtesy of 24-48 hours notice for cancellations, which allows us the opportunity to dedicate the time and medical care to another patient or client in need. Failure to do so may result in a no-show/late cancellation fee.

Payment in full is required when services are rendered unless otherwise discussed and outlined by a written promissory note. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, personal checks, and CareCredit. We do not accept Discover.
No personal payment information is stored for future use or shared with any outside source.
Medications that have left the hospital are not eligible for a refund or return.
Services rendered are not eligible for a refund or return unless under special circumstances.
Over-the-counter items and food may be returned directly to Elliott Bay Animal Hospital for a full refund.
