Patients are seen by appointment only. If you have an emergency during regular business hours, please call the hospital at 206.285.7387. We work hard to see our appointments in a prompt and timely manner. Please check-in 10 minutes prior to your pet’s scheduled appointment to allow time to complete paperwork. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 206.285.7387. We request the courtesy of 48 hours notice for cancellations so that we may schedule another patient in your place that needs an appointment.
We require full payment at the time services are rendered. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and all cats must be in a carrier while in the waiting area or exam rooms. We are a Feline Friendly Practice and we provide a designated cat only waiting area in the lobby.
We ask that you be courteous and limit the use of talking on your cellphone in the lobby or exam rooms. We provide free WiFi for your convenience.
If you need to cancel or change your pet’s boarding reservation, we request the courtesy of a 24 hour notice for all non-holiday boarding and a 72 hour for holiday boarding.
