Megan, LVT, was born and raised in Eugene, OR. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of Arizona, then migrated back to the Pacific Northwest and worked as a paralegal for several years. After some soulsearching, she returned to school at Pima Medical Institute where she earned an Associate of Science degree in Veterinary Technology in 2011. Megan has a background in Emergency/Critical Care and Cardiology. She loves getting to work with animals and their people everyday. Megan lives in Seattle with her husband and two terriers, Brutus and Betty (an abandoned puppy she helped save while working in an emergency hospital, above photo). Megan likes crafting and spending time outdoors as well as food markets, Northwest adventures, and local festivals. Megan is happy to be learning new skills and making friends at Elliott Bay Hospital.
